In a previous post I told you of my journey of discovery regarding feet and nails, well here are some of the valuable lessons I learned, I hope they help you. THE PROBLEM WITH NAILS ONYCHAUSIS – hypertrophy of the nail plate, ONYCHATROPIA – atrophy of the nail plate ONYCHOMADESIS – separation of the nail plate from the bed. ONYCHOMYCOSIS – fungal infection of the nail plate. Etc. etc. etc. I acknowledge that there are treatments available from G.P.s and pharmacies, which may or may not work in the long term. Vitamin C for wrinkles?!

We all know the value of a regular intake of vitamins and minerals, and none is more universally valued and praised than Vitamin C. According to the well-known site WebMD.Com ‘Vitamin C is one of the safest and most effective nutrients’. Most people feel the opposite is true, that they need to cut out more fat, and that is possibly true. Believe it or not however, many of us would benefit by taking in more fat! Food allergies: From Milk to Monkey Nuts

In my last blog I was chatting about allergies and Summer allergies; Hay fever in particular. Now lets consider other types of allergies and intolerance. We tend to think of mainly food allergies, dairy and nut being the most well known. However, I have found that people can become intolerant and allergic to virtually any substance they come into contact with.
